Dark Horse Direct and Wonderstorm Announce The Dragon Prince: Map of Xadia
From the Netflix Emmy® Award-winning animated series The Dragon Prince, Dark Horse Direct and Wonderstorm proudly present The Dragon Prince: Map of Xadia: a limited-edition fine art lithograph print arriving in Spring 2021. The Dragon Prince: Map of Xadia measures 24” x 16” and features holographic foil detail over the dragon egg. Each print will be hand-numbered and will be limited to a print run of only 500.
From the five Human Kingdoms to the west, to the magical lands of Xadia to the east, explore the highly-detailed world of this beloved animated series, painted by the legendary fantasy map artist Francesca Baerald. A fiery border separates the two lands with a massive tear, guarded by the King of the Dragons, Avizandum, who is watching over our favorite baby storm dragon egg, Zym!
The Dragon Prince: Map of Xadia is available for pre-order now through Dark Horse Direct and will begin shipping in Spring 2021. Orders are limited to two per customer.
The Dragon Prince premiered globally on Netflix in September 2018 and immediately topped popularity lists across Rotten Tomatoes, Fandom and Tumblr. It was quickly renewed for second and third seasons, which premiered in February 2019 and November 2019, respectively. Netflix recently renewed the series for four additional seasons. With this multi-season renewal, Netflix committed to fully realize the creators’ vision for the seven-season Saga. The Dragon Prince won the 2020 Emmy® Award for Outstanding Children’s Animated Series and has been a top-ten digital original for all of its season runs. Forbes named it one of the best fantasy shows on TV and all three seasons have a 100% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
