Iconic J. Scott Campbell Comic Book Cover Image Brought to Life

Coffin Collectibles, a division of Coffin Comics, announced today the J. Scott Campbell Lady Death: Gothic statue series which will be offered for pre-order in October 2024 via Kickstarter.

Coffin Collectibles has assembled a team of supremely talented veteran artisans including Joe Allard, Jack Mathews, Mike Najera, and Jason Wires, with prototyping input from the artist himself, J. Scott Campbell.

“The team’s attention to detail was meticulous,” says Coffin Collectibles Creative Director Brian Pulido, “And the results speak for themselves. The statues are a love letter to Scott’s cover.”

These hauntingly beautiful statues are one-sixth scale, cold cast in resin, individually hand-painted, and serially numbered. They stand 15” tall, including base. The series includes the Classic Edition, which brings the iconic cover to life in all its glory; the limited Violet Edition, featuring Lady Death’s exotic side; the limited Scarlet Edition, emphasizing Lady Death’s fiery nature; and the limited Faux Bronze Edition, presented in an elegant classical style.

Reward tiers include the statues offered individually and in serially numbered matching bundles. There will also be a signed option where J. Scott Campbell will sign signature plates included with the statue.
