McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Death Metal Batcycle Review

Today we are diving back into the dark multiverse as we examine the McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Batcycle. A special thank you to McFarlane Toys for sending this over to Comic Crusaders. And can I say what a cool toy this batcycle is? Look at that joker dragon head. It’s eye catching and frightening in one fell swoop. The bike has a ton of cool detail throughout it, which is really nice. No matter the angle, you are getting a very imposing piece of plastic. The paint on the cycle is tremendous, and the sculpt is on point. It feels alive and ready to kick ass at any moment. I love the bone sculpt design. It’s wrapped around the bike and makes it a fun display or photography item. Even the engine has a great amount of detail on it, With bat logos throughout it and moving wheels, it’s a fun item crafted well by the McFarlane team.

As far as getting a McFarlane Batman figure on this thing is concerned, you can get it to work. The Death Metal Batman does seem to work best, but others will fit. Sliding him into the bike is easy. Once he is in the seat, it is just a matter of getting the figure’s legs to move around to catch the pedals. After you do that, take the arms and have him grip the handlebars. When finished, give yourself a golf clap. Once in, he stays on the bike and moves a decent amount while on the batcycle.

Overall, this batcycle is fun from a comic perspective and fun from a toy perspective as well. This item has an old Kenner Legends of The Dark Knight feel, and makes any Batman figure riding it that much cooler. It’s nice to see McFarlane make affordable vehicles that look great and function well. If you get a chance, pick it up. With that, once again on behalf of the Comic Crusader team I want to send a very special thank you to McFarlane Toys for sending this over. Enjoy the video, enjoy the photos, and until we meet again, stay safe.
