The McFarlane Toys Superman Red & Blue figures are a fun release that captures the nostalgia of the 90s while also appealing to modern collectors. The figures feature standard articulation and a simple body buck design, but they suffer from some paint application issues, especially the platinum red edition. They share the same accessories, which is a bit disappointing for the red figure, but overall they are a solid release.
