McFarlane Toys Ghosts of Krypton Page Punchers Earth-2 Val-Zod Superman Figure Review
Today in the Toyverse,Val Zod has entered the world of McFarlane DC figures, and although it’s not the costume everyone wanted, is this version of Val Zod worth picking up? Let’s dive in and find out. I mean Val Zod looks how he does in this page punchers series so that’s a plus, but I don’t think people wanted some stylized version. The sculpt is the same as Superman, but the black wash they attempted to put on this figure’s body leaves a lot to be desired. But it’s not all doom and gloom as he gets to hang out with Superman. Packed in are the card, the stand, and the comic. Nothing else. The comic at least is a new issue which I can appreciate from this line. Unless you need a second Val-Zod in the form of the platinum edition with the accessories from Superman, this version will have to scratch the itch for now.
