McFarlane Toys The Spectre Crisis on Infinite Earths Platinum Edition MTS Exclusive Gold Label Figure Review
Arriving a bit late, but hey, there’s no better time than now to dive into McFarlane Toys’ Platinum Spectre from the Crisis on Infinite Earths wave! So let’s look at good old Hal Jordan. This edition is all about a paint swap and it’s an effective one to get Hal Jordan out as the Spirit of Vengeance. That simple paint change continues to the main buck of the body, as Hal gets the green lantern love on his chest. The big difference between the two is that paint on the cape of the standard now has been moved to the body and head. Other than that its the same old Spectre. Speaking of the same, packed is the same card, stand, and baf pieces. It’s a bit disappointing, but not unexpected. Overall, this was a pricey figure by McFarlane standards, and as cool as it is, unless you won it or got it by chance when you ordered, I don’t think it’s worth the secondary prices.
