McFarlane Toys Wal-Mart Limited Edition Mortal Kombat 11 Battle Kahnun Kitana Figure Review

I honestly have no idea the branding name behind this platinum line from Mcfarlane, but I did the figure! This is my first Kitana from Mcfarlane, so let’s talk about her and see what she is all about. The head sculpt is done pretty well. I really have no complaints. The body is done good too. The color scheme I’m not familiar with, but it looks good from all angles. Maybe its that Platinum effect, or maybe, its just a job done well. Overall not too shabby for 20 bucks.

As for articulation, well it is what you would expect from a McFarlane figure. So half of the folks are going to complain about which joints need to move more, a third will just have it on the shelf, and everyone else will figure out ways to make it work. This figure doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it isn’t a statue either. And for those wondering, I’m okay with it, I just wish the legs would kick better.
As for Platinum items, Kitana comes with a sai, a base, a closed fan, and a open hand. I don’t hate any of these items, nor am I in love with either. Overall despite not getting the name branding thing, I dig her. She will look great on a shelf, on Ebay, in a zip lock bag in a container in a shed, or in a toy photo.  20 bucks is hard to argue, so if you want her, grab her when the orders open up across the board and not just on Wal-Mart. That’s going to do it for me, but enjoy the photo’s and video below.
