Clover Press Announces The DC Art of Bruno Redondo Featuring Nightwing & More

Clover Press just dropped the kind of announcement that makes art lovers lean forward in their chair.

THE DC ART OF BRUNO REDONDO is officially on the way the second powerhouse installment in the high-end boutique DC Art Of… series and it’s celebrating one of the most electric artists shaping the DC Universe right now. Three-time Eisner Award winner Bruno Redondo has been redefining what modern superhero storytelling looks like in the 21st century. Now, for the first time, his defining DC era is collected in one massive, premium 9”x12” art book clocking in at over 200 pages of pure visual fire.

We’re talking:

– The kinetic brilliance of Injustice
– The game-changing, award-winning run on Nightwing
– Standout pieces from Justice League
– Stunning black-and-white mastery from Batman: Black & White
– Bold visuals from Harley Quinn: Black, White & Red
– And more deep-cut gems from across the DC Multiverse

If you’ve ever paused mid-panel just to admire how movement, composition, and emotion hit all at once this book is built for you. Bruno himself shared how meaningful this project is. As a lifelong collector of art books from creators he admires, he sees this release as something bigger than a portfolio it’s a bridge. A behind-the-scenes look at process, experimentation, and growth. Expect rarely seen sketches, commissions, and surprises that show the evolution of his craft.

For those who’ve followed the journey from Human Target and Batman: Arkham Unhinged to teaming with Tom Taylor on Injustice: Gods Among Us you already know how this career has unfolded. Injustice wasn’t just a tie-in series anymore. It became a fan-favorite epic. That long-form storytelling gave Bruno room to refine what would become his signature: fluid pencils, cinematic flow, and surgical design precision.

Then came Nightwing. Starting with issue #78 alongside Tom Taylor, Bruno helped deliver one of the most celebrated runs on Dick Grayson in years bright, dynamic, emotionally grounded, and visually inventive. The series didn’t just succeed. It soared. Eisner Awards for Best Continuing Series. Best Single Issue. And Bruno taking home Best Cover Artist. That’s not hype. That’s hardware. This new volume features an introduction by Tom Taylor and a stacked lineup of extras: rare sketches, commissions, Nightwing covers, a fold-out edition of the iconic Nightwing #87, sticker packs, poster packs, and premium edition options including hardcover, dust jacket, slipcase, and signed slipcase editions.

Clover Press Publisher Hank Kanalz summed it up best he saw the trajectory early, and now the results speak loud. Multiple Eisners. Top-tier collaborations. And somehow, it still feels like Bruno is just getting warmed up. The campaign is live now on Kickstarter and BackerKit. For longtime DC readers, art collectors, and anyone who understands that sequential art is storytelling at its highest form this isn’t just another book. It’s a milestone snapshot of a modern master in motion.

The DC Art Of… series launched in 2025 with The DC Art of Jorge Jimenez, and if this second volume is any indication, this line is becoming required shelf space for serious fans.

Crusaders… if you love comics for the art as much as the action this one belongs on your radar.
