DANIEL WARREN JOHNSON’S WOLVERINE #400 COVER TEASES A HARROWING STORY OF REVENGE!
On April 16, Eisner Award-winning creator Daniel Warren Johnson (Beta Ray Bill, Transformers) joins current Wolverine creative team Saladin Ahmed and Martín Cóccolo to celebrate the milestone 400th issue of Wolverine’s solo series in WOLVERINE #8. Today, fans can check out a sneak peek at Johnson’s work in the oversized issue along with his striking black and white variant cover.
In WOLVERINE #8 (LEGACY #400), Ahmed and Cóccolo bring Wolverine face-to-face with his mythic new archenemy Adamantine for the first time and reveal a shocking return from Logan’s past. Then, Johnson gets a chance to depict Logan doing what he does best in a brutal tale of revenge set during the character’s time living in Japan.
“What’s better than Wolverine with claws? Wolverine with a katana,” Johnson teased of his backup story.
