The Dynamite era of Disney comics launched with a one-two punch of fan-favorite series from the iconic 1990s Disney Afternoon block of animation, with Gargoyles and Darkwing Duck. The former featured the heralded return of franchise creator Greg Weisman to chronicling his stone warriors, paired with breakout artist George Kambadais. The masked mallard’s new superheroic adventures started from writer Amanda Deibert and artist Carlo Lauro. Multiple spinoffs from both franchises are also included in this bundle.
