JEFF LEMIRE’S REIMAGINING OF “THE INVISIBLE MAN” RETURNS TO PRINT IN “THE NOBODY (NEW EDITION)”
Dark Horse Books presents The Nobody (New Edition), presenting collectors with Jeff Lemire’s reimagining of H.G. Well’s The Invisible Man, inspired by Joe Kubert’s The Unknown Soldier and Twin Peaks. Written and illustrated by Lemire (10,000 Ink Stains: A Memoir, Absolute Flash) and lettered by Sean Konot, this fan-favorite, long out-of-print graphic novel returns in Winter 2026 in a new hardcover volume.
The tiny, isolated fishing village of Large Mouth never saw much excitement–until the arrival of the mysterious stranger, that is. Wrapped from head to toe in bandages and wearing weird goggles, he quietly took up residence in the sleepy town’s motel. Driven by curiosity, the townsfolk begin to unlock the secrets he holds.
The Nobody (New Edition) (176 pages, hardcover, 6.625” x 10.1875”) will be available in bookstores and comic shops on February 3 and 4, 2026. It is now available to pre-order from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and your local comic shop and bookstore for $29.99.
