NYCC Invites Book Lovers to Join Special Guests Carissa Broadbent, Danielle L. Jensen, Elise Kova, and Brigid Kemmerer on Thursday, October 17 for a Separately Ticketed Breakfast featuring a Moderated Discussion and Author Meet & Greets

ReedPop, the world’s leading producer of pop culture events, today announced a special separately ticketed event for fans of the romantasy genre, “Coffee, Croissants, and Catching Feelings: An NYCC Brunch with Your Favorite Romantasy Authors.” Taking place during New York Comic Con (NYCC) on Thursday, October 17 at 11:00 AM, this first-time event invites book lovers to enjoy a continental breakfast while authors Carissa Broadbent, Danielle L. Jensen, Elise Kova, and Brigid Kemmerer dish about their novels, share their favorite tropes, and tease upcoming projects.

Following a 30-minute moderated discussion, the authors will personally visit each table to greet attendees and take selfies. Each ticket includes pre-signed copies of Carissa Broadbent’s Six Scorched Roses, the reissued edition of Danielle L. Jensen’s The Bridge Kingdom, and the limited edition of Brigid Kemmerer’s Forging Silver into Stars with lavender sprayed edges. Attendees will also receive a specially designed, signed art print tied to The Bridge Kingdom series and be the first to learn exclusive news about Elise Kova’s new novel, Arcana Academy. After the brunch, attendees will have exclusive access to a book signing to get their books personalized and get up to two additional books signed.

Tickets for “Coffee, Croissants, and Catching Feelings” are $100 each and include three books, breakfast, personal facetime with the authors, and exclusive access to the signing line. Please note that a valid Thursday NYCC badge is required to purchase tickets to the brunch. Brunch tickets go on sale to the public on September 6 at 12:00 PM ET, following the Superfan and VIP Presale on September 5.

NYCC returns to the Javits Center in New York City on October 17-20, 2024 with a robust slate of incredible panels, captivating cosplay, exclusive merchandise, and celebrity guests. Previously announced guests heading to NYCC this year include Marvel Cinematic Universe stars Paul Bettany, Josh Brolin, and Hayley Atwell; Matt Smith (Doctor Who, The Crown, House of the Dragon); Marisa Tomei (Spider-Man: No Way Home, My Cousin Vinny); Glynn Carney (House of the Dragon, Dunkirk); Clerks duo Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes; and cast members from fan-favorite films and TV series Starship Troopers, Shameless, and Futurama. Comic and literary legends announced to attend NYCC 2024 thus far include Tegan Quin and Sara Quin, Amanda Conner, James Tynion IV, Tomi Adeyemi, Jeff Lemire, Grady Hendrix, Jimmy Palmiotti, R.A. Salvatore, Scott Snyder, Olivie Blake, Art Adams, and Chip Zdarsky.
