REVIEW: Local Man Gold

Local Man Gold is another amazing story following Jack, who once was a promising super hero part of Third Gen named CrossJack who has since been removed from the team in disgrace. He has returned home to a family that is utterly disappointed in his failure. In this latest issue we see Jack dealing with a younger self from the past as Crossjack has been placed in present day Farmington from some sort of cosmic event. In addition to Crossjack arriving to present day Farmington, several others have also had the same fate.

Local Man has been a fantastic comic book written and created by Tim Seeley and Tony Fleecs. A modern story with a 90’s superhero feel. In this Local Man Gold issue we also get to see some amazing guest appearances from a host of other Image Comic Heroes like Cyberforce and Love Everlasting to name just a couple. There are several more so I encourage you to get your copy!

Local Man is a must read recommendation, especially if you miss those 90’s Image Comic characters with an up to date storyline.
