Marvel Comics & Tsuburaya Productions Release The Fall of Ultraman in February

The Giant of Light Faces His Greatest Threat Yet in a Thrilling One-Shot That Brings Five Years of Marvel Ultraman Adventures to a Dramatic Conclusion in February 2026

Tsuburaya Productions, the legendary studio and powerhouse behind Japan’s iconic Ultraman, in collaboration with Marvel Comics, will soon release The Fall of Ultraman, the highly anticipated conclusion to the groundbreaking five-year Ultraman saga. The special one-shot comic book, written by Kyle Higgins and Mat Groom, the duo behind Ultraman’s Marvel journey since the very beginning, and drawn by artist Davide Tinto, will hit shelves next month on February 11, 2026.

It’s all been leading to this! At long last, fans can witness the end of this incredible chapter in Ultraman’s groundbreaking legacy. Together, they’ve crossed dimensions, unfurled conspiracies, tangled with giant Kaiju, and saved civilizations. But now, Ultraman and his team are given an unexpected glimpse at the path ahead – and that path leads unavoidably to the loss of our world’s greatest hero! What cosmic threat will be Ultraman’s undoing? Will the United Science Patrol be redeemed? And will Earth finally be lost to the sinister machinations that have been plaguing it for decades?

Since Marvel’s first venture into the Ultraman universe with 2020’s The Rise of Ultraman, fans have witnessed bold reimaginings and universe-spanning adventures that redefined the legacy of the world’s greatest superhero. The journey continued through The Trials of Ultraman, Ultraman: The Mystery of Ultraseven, and last year’s Ultraman X The Avengers, where Ultraman finally crossed over with Marvel’s iconic heroes. Now, with the release of The Fall of Ultraman just weeks away, this epic collaboration reaches its long-awaited and dramatic finale.
