"Paradox: Reckonings": A Captivating Journey Mixing Reality with Dark Fantasy

Resolute Bliss Publishing is excited to announce our flagship series release of “Paradox: Reckonings,” a captivating-reality-meets-dark-fantasy comic by Rick D. Molchan, hitting shelves late June early July 2025. This tale of absolution explores the themes of friendship, remorse, and finally, vengeance set in a hell filled with vile and impious creatures and the ancient secrets that they hide. With art by the legendary Jim Starlin and fan favorites Jae Lee, InHyuk Lee, Drew Hayes, Les L. Garner, Stephen Huges, Keith Williams, Eric Treadaway, and many more, this six-issue story is set to rewrite what the reader thinks they know regarding their very own existence.

In “Paradox: Reckonings,” Rick Molchan takes us on a Dante-like journey through an unforgiving and fiery hell, where the youngest of the Incessants, Paradox, journeys to seek absolution and the return of the heart that he so unmercifully gave away. While the tale revolves around his search for redemption, the reader soon discovers that his tale is merely a backdrop to the character arc of two of the most powerful beings in the universe, Order and Deceit, and the transformation that takes place as they rise to become the most powerful beings to represent Good and Evil as the balance of our very universe is threatened.

“Every journey of redemption is fraught with nightmares, and every nightmare hides true absolution,” says Rick Molchan. “The tale of Paradox, Deceit, and Order is intended to reveal how arduous such journeys are and the consequences of our actions. Even when we win, we still lose.”

Rick Molchan is known for his way of mixing reality with fantasy and forcing readers to question the true origins of any story. In Paradox, his intent is to have the reader question the very nature of origins and the creation of the universe. Using his life experiences, mixed with some Sumerian ideologies and a blend of horror, he challenges his readers to question the stories they have been told and provide a new perspective on their own beliefs.

Rick D. Molchan is a passionate storyteller who has worked in comics for over 30 years. Originally part of the Dark Visions Publishing team in the early 90s, he has consistently been steadfast in the world of comics and storytelling. He is a certified Paranormal Scuba Instructor, avid Haunted Hiker, and most importantly father of twins (not the Grady sisters).
