REVIEW: Edenfrost Issue 2
Eden Frost Issue 2 has arrived and the adventures of Alex and Yuli continue.
Alex and Yuri continue to escape their village after a pogrom chases them into a forest. While in the forest in the cold they find refuge in a cabin. Unfortunately for them the owner of the cabin is not the most welcoming to say the least!
The first two issues of Eden Frost have been very well paced. Fast paced but not so fast the story feels rushed. Due to the style of writing it is very easy to be drawn into the story to be hooked. The creator and writer for Eden Frost is Amit Tishler is an animator, director, and filmmaker on shows and games for Cartoon Network, HBO, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and more. We can expect more for Amit as he has a few more titles in production for Made Cave and Humanoids.
The art is spectacular and done by Bruno Frenda who has worked with Panini Comics, Sumerian, and Fantasy Flight Games in addition to Made Cave on Eden Frost.
This fantasy series is one worth looking at. The characters are compelling, the story development is perfectly paced, and the art is incredible. I find myself looking forward to issue 3 which is a great sign!
