Review: Man Goat & The Bunny Man #2

Story Thus Far:

The story follows the adventures of Man-goat (A hell-spawn) that looks like a goat and Bunny Man, a Wise cracking half-man half Bunny. Together they investigate the activities of the occult. In the town of Mountain Springs there is a creepy cult, so they get a lot of work. The cult has been working so far to open a portal to hell on Earth, and Man-Goat is at the center of their plan. As a side-story Bunny gets the romantic attention he has been craving with a dramatic twist.

Dialogue:

The over-all star continues to be Bunny. Funny but in a humble type of way, he is not afraid to acknowledge his shortcomings. The panels of Goat-man without Bunny are awkward. He tries to give off masculine energy buts too much without context. He almost seems lost without a villain to punch or Bunny to humiliate. Even the second-rate bad guys seem to have more complexity than the Hellspawn.

Art:

Spectacular. Guillermo Fajardo drew the art and Walter Pereyra and Ulises Arreola were on colors. I will be frank if you gave me script and told me to draw half the stuff in here I would be lost. The thing that made me happy is that it toned down the sight gags and fecal jokes. Heck it even deviated away from the sultry art that I am used to from Zenescope.

Man Goat and Bunny Man reeks of adaptability. The play here is still Man Goat and Bunny Man #1 Cover B Josh Burns; the current interest is low but only because not enough people have read it. This is one of the scarce times from Zenescope that the both the interior and the cover art are good, but the story is great as well. Issue 2 has introduced some new characters as well so

Man Goat & The Bunny Man #2 Will have a considerably conservative 2 Retailer Incentive Covers: Cover A, Geebo Vigonte` Cover B David Lorenzo Riveiro. The Cover B at this time seems to be the one to get, because it is sold out on several commercial outlets.
