Review: Batman Special Edition #1
A good start for readers who would like to get caught up on Batman, and a quick introduction on the future Batman
Story Thus far:
FCBD 2021 BATMAN SPECIAL EDITION has two stories.
The first is Batman : Fear State, which Is a follow-up story from Batman #111, The Magistrate (a Saint Industries Crime Fighting Organization) conducted a raid on the secret base of the Unsanity Collective (Batman #106)
Miracle Molly , squeak and a few others managed to escape with the help of Batman. As a result, Mayor Nakano has mandated that all costumed activity be treated as crime, effectively giving the Magistrate expanded authority. Lastly the Scarecrow figured out a way to overcome Batman imperviousness to the Fear Toxin
The 2nd story is The Next Batman: Second Son
In the current issue of FCBD 2021 BATMAN SPECIAL EDITION #1, Jace Foxx raided a warehouse associate with Left Wing Radicals. What he finds leads him to the middle of a white-flag operation In downtown Gotham.
Art:
This is the tale of two Books. I am Batman story, is plagued by the same thing a lot of DC books have been, too much lettering in weird bubble. I t makes it hard to want to read at all; however, for the Batman Fear State the art was stellar.
Script:
Considering that this is This a Free comic book, the narrative execution was interesting.
For instance, for the Batman Fear State instead of promoting Batman most of the story was about the antagonist, Simon Saint, and Peacemaker-01. In the I am Batman story; it tracks more with what I was expecting. Jace Foxx was up front and center, in quick panels that gives the reader a taste of who he is.
The son of a technological genius, with simmering daddy issues. Jace, claims he wants to help Gotham but really, he is just transferring those issues onto the villains he encounters.
Speculation:
INFINITE FRONTIER #0 contains 12 first appearances and a glimpse into the future of DC (Think of it as DC’S version of the Marvel #1000). It hasn’t been given much love but in my opinion that’s the perfect time to strike
The second print unavailable for back orders and don’t forget that there is a Comicspro exclusive.
Also don’t forget the fact that Jace first appeared in Batman #313 (1979).But the highlight to this issue is that this the First Appearance of Jace in the Clade of Chiroptera Suit .

FCBD 2021 BATMAN SPECIAL EDITION will have 2 covers: CVR A MICO SUAYAN; CVR B 100 COPY VIRGIN TRADE.
