REVIEW: CAPTAIN AMERICA THE END #1

Red Skull has won, America has fallen into the filthy fascist claws, but not everything is lost, the Star Spangled Avenger resist and fight like never before, a strange gas has caused a horrible mutation in every inhabitant of the city transforming them into Red Skull Zombies with a unique mentality that has only one end, to kill Captain America.

The Cap is facing a hard dilemma, he must fight Skulls and avoid to kill any of them since they are citizens without awareness of their actions, but he must also protect his life if he wants to prevent the Red Skull’s evil come true, but after a hard fight the Captain meets a group of survivors and there he’ll meet Dr. Abe Jacobs who will make reborn the hope to find a cure in the First Avenger.

Erik Larsen is who draws and writes this wonderful one-shot of the Cap, Larsen knows how to capture the true essence of the Star Spangled Avenger and does it specifically against his favorite nemesis: Red Skull, the color goes by Dono SÃ¡nchez-Almara, I follow SÃ¡nchez-Almara’s work as an illustrator in social media since a long time ago and it’s a personal joy to see his name with one of the greats in the history of the comics, really a piece of art that can not be missing in any collection of comics.

Craneo Rojo ha ganado, AmÃ©rica ha caido en las sucias garras fascistas, pero no todo estÃ¡ perdido el Star Spangled Avenger resiste, lucha y pelea como nunca antes lo ha hecho, un extraÃ±o gas ha provocado una horrible mutaciÃ³n en cada habitante de la ciudad transformando a todos en Red Skull Zombies con una mentalidad Ãºnica que tiene un solo fin, acabar con el CapitÃ¡n AmÃ©rica.

El CapitÃ¡n se encuentra ante un duro dilema, debe combatir a los Skulls y evitar alguna muerte ya que son ciudadanos comunes sin conciencia de sus actos, pero tambien debe resguardar su vida si quiere evitar que el malevolo plan de Red Skull se concrete, sin embargo luego de un duro combate el CapitÃ¡n se encuentra con un grupo de sobrevivientes quienes hacen resistencia a los Skulls, allÃ conocerÃ¡ a Abe Jacobs un Doctor que harÃ¡ que la esperanza en encontrar una cura renazca en el First Avenger.

Erik Larsen es quien dibuja y escribe este maravilloso one-shot del Cap, Larsen sabe capturar bien la escencia del Star Spangled Avenger en su totalidad y lo hace precisamente contra su nÃ©mesis predilecto, Red Skull, tambien destaca el color de Dono SÃ¡nchez-Almara cuyo trabajo como ilustrador sigo de hace un buen tiempo y es una alegrÃa personal ver su nombre junto a uno de los grandes de la historia del comic, realmente una obra de arte que no puede faltar en cualquier colecciÃ³n de comics.
