REVIEW: Harrow County #7
Harrow County #7
Written by Cullen Bunn
Art and Letters by Tyler Crook
Let’s judge this book by its cover… This cover reminds me of the sound of music, minus all the blood of course. The art is nice, not really my style but it’s ok.
So Emmy and Kammi are twins that were separated long ago but each share a gift, they can speak to supernatural beings. Most of which look like monsters from b-movies. Emmy wants nothing more than to be their friend while Kammi wants to use these creatures for her own means.
The cover promises “not just scary. But haunting. It’ll chill you to the bone” well that must have been for one of the issues before as this issue was very lacklustre. The whole issue was simply Kammi finding each of these creatures and convincing them to follow her.
I enjoy a good scary book, in fact I go out of my way to find them. This was not one of them. It feel more like fairy tale than a horror story.
This only gets 2 stars from me.

- Hey, I'm Shane.
Been into comics since I was about 5. Loved watching Wonder Woman and superboy in the 80's.
I Started reading seriously about 10 years ago. Began to collect a few comic series, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Batgirl, Teen Titans, Justice League of America and Superman Batman all pre flashpoint. Being honest that was my favourite run.
