Let’s judge this book by its cover… Take your pick from the five covers, pick your favourite ranger, all five covers are gorgeous, the reflection of the zords and the shine of the helmets Make each cover worth picking up.
IT’S MORPHIN’ TIME!
Rita has created Tommy the green ranger and sent him to infiltrate the Rangers, after breaking free of Rita’s power and joining the team, Tommy is troubled by visions of the future lbs which he is standing over the bodies of his friends, is he destined to fall back under Rita’s spell and kill his friends?
20 years ago I watched this series and loved it, I stayed a fan for a long time and I’m even looking forward to the new movie that begins production soon and this comic makes me feel like a kid again, it has the feel of the original show in a more up to date and serious way. The art is great and the story is solid (even if it is about my least favourite ranger Tommy) it’s a fun read and I’m looking forward to issue 1.
There is a back up story of Bulk and Skull, I didn’t read it as those two were never funny to me and annoyed the hell out of me. The art for the second story is a little more cartoony but still great and there is still a power ranger fight scene which looks great.
I’m totally biased and I’m not gonna lie. To me personally this is a 5 star book because its the freakin power rangers!

- Hey, I'm Shane.
Been into comics since I was about 5. Loved watching Wonder Woman and superboy in the 80's.
I Started reading seriously about 10 years ago. Began to collect a few comic series, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Batgirl, Teen Titans, Justice League of America and Superman Batman all pre flashpoint. Being honest that was my favourite run.
