Review: Port of Earth Vol. 3

The Earth has the privilege of having an intergalactic port for those aliens who wish to travel to other places in the universe, the port was created six years earlier by a superior race that did not seek peace, nor war, only business, in return they would give Earth the technology to transform water into energy.

The Consortium would be in charge of providing the necessary security to prevent those interstellar travelers from staying on Earth, since only the port would serve as a bridge, however a strange disease has been unleashed in the city and the Consortium does not seem to be very interested to solve the problem since according to its rules no alien being should have stayed on Earth in addition to the fact that the disease is not lethal to aliens, therefore Tom Rutgers leader of the ESA, agency responsible for the protection of the planet must make some vital decisions to preserve the humanity.

Port of Earth is a comic of those that shake your brain, in this volume we can appreciate how the four horsemen of the apocalypse are unleashed and it was not the man who called them, they came in a spaceship. Just like the great civilizations have done throughout time, the aliens have arrived in plans of conquest and their weapons are contracts.

La Tierra tiene el privelgio de poseer un puerto interglÃ¡ctico para aquellos alienÃgenas que deseen realizar viajes a otros lugares del universo, el puerto fue creado seis aÃ±os antes por una raza superior que no buscaba paz, ni guerra, solo negocios, a cambio darÃan a la tierra la teconologÃa para transformar agua en energÃa.

El Consortium serÃa el encargado de proveer la seguridad necesaria para evitar que aquellos viajeros interestelares permanecieran en la tierra, ya que solo el puerto servirÃa de puente, sin embargo una extraÃ±a enfermedad se ha desatado en la ciudad, el Consortium no parece estar muy interesado en resolver el problema ya que segÃºn sus reglas ningÃºn ser extraterrestre deberÃa haberse quedado en la Tierra ademÃ¡s que la enfermedad no es letal a los alienÃgenas, por tanto Tom Rutgers lider del ESA agencia encargada de la protecciÃ³n del planeta deberÃ¡ tomar algunas decisiones vitales para preservar a la humanidad.

Port of Earth realmente es un cÃ³mic de esos que te mueven el cerebro, en este volumen podemos apreciar cÃ³mo los cuatro jinetes del apocalipsis se desatan y no fue el hombre quien los llamÃ³, vinieron en una nave espacial, tal como las grandes civilizaciones han hecho a lo largo del tiempo, los aliens han llegado en planes de conquista y sus armas son los contratos.
