Review: Red Hood and the Outlaws Annual #3

Finally we can know what happened to Bizarro and Artemis, however it’s something that will continue to torment the Red Hood’s mind who still continues to suffer from their ghosts for a while, but the problem is that we don’t know in which world within the multiverse they are (at least they aren’t in Kansas).

The first sight that Artemis and Bizarro have is a real nightmare come true, The Hall of Justice completely destroyed and in ruins, inside the remains of the ancient and splendid palace Artemis and Bizarro found some mannequins in very bad condition representing each member of the JLA, so it can be assumed that something very bad happened to the glorious heroes and defenders of justice, the answers would come soon from a security guard inside the building, The Hall of Justice is now a museum, a reminder of a strange event called The Hero Day where the Supers lost their powers and the humans acquired any variety of super powers which caused “The Capes” to be persecuted until they were almost exterminated.

We know who Artemis and Bizarro are, but for this strange world they are nothing more than “Capes” and because of this their sentence has already been dictated, so to survive they must establish some key alliances with unexpected allies.

This strange comic is very fascinating and is one of those dystopian adventures that make you want and know more about the events that led the world to this situation, I really want to know more about that Hero Day and I think this dystopian Wasteland deserves more epic stories like this issue, I wouldn’t imagine that Bizarro and Artemis would make a good team, this comic is really a job well done.

Finalmente podremos saber que ocurriÃ³ con Bizarro y Artemis, sin embargo es algo que continuarÃ¡ atormentando a la mente de Red Hood quien aÃºn continuarÃ¡ sufriendo por sus fantasmas por un buen rato mÃ¡s, pero el problema es que no sabemos en cuÃ¡l mundo dentro del multiverso se encuentran (al menos en Kansas no estÃ¡n).

La primera visiÃ³n que tienen Artemis y Bizarro es una pesadilla vuelta realidad, The Hall of Justice completamente destruÃdo y en ruinas, al entrar a los despojos del antiguo y esplendoroso palacio se encuentran con algunos maniquÃes en muy mal estado representando a cada miembro de la JLA, por lo que se puede suponer que algo muy malo les pasÃ³ a los gloriosos hÃ©roes y defensores de la justicia, las respuestas llegarÃan pronto de parte de un guardia de seguridad dentro del edificio, The Hall of Justice es ahora un triste museo, un recordatorio de un extraÃ±o evento llamado el Hero Day donde los Supers perdieron sus poderes y los humanos adquirieron cualquier variedad de super poderes lo cual provocÃ³ que “Las Capas” fueran perseguidos hasta ser casi exterminados.

Sabemos quienes son Artemis y Bizarro, pero para este extraÃ±o mundo ellos no son mÃ¡s que “Capas” y por tanto su sentencia ya ha sido dictada, asÃ que para sobrevivir deberÃ¡n establecer algunas alianzas claves con inesperados aliados.

Este extraÃ±o comic es muy fascinante y es de esas aventuras distÃ³picas que hacen desear y saber mÃ¡s sobre los eventos que llevaron al mundo a esa situaciÃ³n, realmente deseo saber mÃ¡s sobre ese Hero Day y creo que este Wasteland distÃ³pico merece mÃ¡s historias Ã©picas como este nÃºmero, no imaginarÃa que Bizarro y Artemis harÃan tan buena dupla, realmente es un buen trabajo.
