Let’s judge this book by its cover… I have to say it’s very eye-catching, the shapes and the colour is just gorgeous. I love the whole tone and style of this cover. Top notch.

So it’s 1872 and Red Wolf is the new Sheriff, the locals are none too keen on having an “Injin” as their law man, especially when two gruesome murders happen. While hunting the criminal Red Wolf discovers that this man is not from his time. After a strained fight Red Wolf manages to damage the man’s time travel device and the pair are thrown into the future. Now alone in a time that is not his own, how will Red Wolf find and stop this killer and return home.

I have to say firstly, I’m not a big western fan, the cover pulled me in and the story was okay, once the future attacker showed up my interest was piqued, but now Red Wolf is in the future, it’s kind of boring, it’s been done too many times. I would have preferred they stayed in the 1800’s. I won’t be reading the next issue. It’s a shame as it started out okay, then it got good, but sadly for me ended poorly. That said it’s nice to have a diverse line up over at Marvel.

Sadly this book was looking like a 4 star book but took the easy way out and only gets a 3 star rating.

Been into comics since I was about 5. Loved watching Wonder Woman and superboy in the 80's.
I Started reading seriously about 10 years ago. Began to collect a few comic series, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Batgirl, Teen Titans, Justice League of America and Superman Batman all pre flashpoint. Being honest that was my favourite run.
