G’day guys!
Dodgy86 is back in the mix, bringing you another comic book review. Today I bring you Sons of the Devil # 3 by Brian Buccellato with art by Toni Infante.
Travis is man who can’t seem to get a break, his girlfriend is always watching his every move by texting him regularly and he finds trouble by being in the wrong places at the wrong time.
He has to hide the truth at times to keep his mind clear of guilt and not upset the woman he loves. At a group therapy meeting, he locks eyes with a mystery woman. Who is she and what is her motive? Something does not feel right.
There appears to be something bigger…
This is the first issue I’ve read in this series, and possibly in the previous issues there is more depth. Based on this issue, the pacing and suspense of Buccellato’s storytelling and Infante’s facial expressions are flawless. You do feel there is more to the story and keeps you keen to see what happens next.
If you picked up the first two issues, keep reading… In my opinion, Do ya’self a favour and check out the TPB!
