REVIEW: The Art of Mouse Guard
Story: David Petersen
Art: David Petersen
Publisher: Archaia
In comic shops this week you can pick up The Art of Mouse Guard by David Petersen. The series has been around for 10 years, and Archaia celebrates the milestone with a 224 page hardcover collection of character designs, sketches and tons of other terrific little tidbits. Unlike some art books, this collection includes pieces of scripts and character notes that give you a deeper glimpse into the world of Mouse Guard.
Final Verdict: If you are fan of the series, this is a must have.  Or, if you know someone who is a fan, this would make a great gift.  If you are new to the world of Mouse Guard, this book may get boring to you halfway through, but it’s still worth a look.
