REVIEW: Trespasser #1
G“day Crusaders,
This is Dodgy86 in the mix bringing you Trespasser # 1 by Justin M. Ryan with art by Kristian Rossi & letters by D. C. Hopkins Proudly published by Alterna.
This book is set in a reserved country-like location, isolated with no neighboring communities and a sign that will shy away any potential visitors. Here we meet the protagonist who is a loner except the company of his infant daughter Maria and his trusted canine companion Belle.
Today is a day our hero picks up his rifle and with Belle at his side they go hunting to put food into their bellies, until we realize today is not an ordinary day.. an astonishing discovery has been made!
This book is well paced therefore it is very easy to follow and you feel for the characters who seem real. The book starts as a heartfelt story as the hunter showing good intentions until there“s a sinister side lurking within the plot and kudos to Ryan who does an exceptional job of not making the story predictable. The art is excellent also especially the background it is wonderful to look at.
I“d be absolutely interested to see what happens next and I“d heavily recommend this read!
