With this issue a wrap up you probably are wondering why this arc is so great. Well like I said before, we have a misfit cast that includes Rogue, Deadpool, Wasp, Dr. Voodoo, Synapse, Quicksilver, Human torch and sometimes more. That’s the one main thing I like about this line is that it has many cameos that keep the biggest fans wanting more as this issue is packed with them. Like Cable and Strife, those time travelers are in and out like well time travel!
Issue 23 has the return of Wonder Man who is now broke. Deadpool and Captain America get a mystery mission and Rouge, Wasp Synapse, Quicksilver, Human Torch and Dr. Voodoo go down south to handle some super natural trouble. Another great thing about this line is the way they successfully juggle so many characters and make it good. Theres plenty of action around every corner. With Cable in and out of the issue as well it just makes for good old-fashioned reading. It’s the type of Marvel writing I grew up reading. It’s a familiar feeling that makes me feel like a kid again. Deadpool is also hilarious in this book as he“s just along for the ride just as we are. With fantastic art and colorful interesting dialogue, this comic will capture you and leave you drooling for more. I would buy this one in trade paperback and add it to my collection I like it so much. It will be really interesting to see where this book goes as it gets new writers and artists.
Uncanny Avengers gets five out of five stars. This whole line gets five stars from me. It’s old school Marvel action fun meets new Marvel action fun. You won“t be disappointed.
