THE LAST SPARTAN: RED TAPE AVAILABLE NOW IN COMIC BOOK STORES EVERYWHERE

Mane Entertainment officially announces that its debut graphic novel THE LAST SPARTAN: RED TAPE is sold through an initial allocation to Lunar Distribution just after the retail release. This high-octane, full-color softcover is co-written by Christopher Priest (Black Panther), Tyler Mane (Halloween, X-Men), and Renae Geerlings, and features artwork by Will Conrad, Jimbo Salgado, and Michael Montenat, with a main cover by the legendary Marc Silvestri.

The project was initially launched on Kickstarter, where it quickly gained momentum thanks to Mane’s fanbase, the contributions of comic industry legends like Priest and Silvestri, and a passionate community of readers eager for bold storytelling with a timely, socially relevant angle. Following the retail release through Lunar Distribution today, it is announced that all copies allotted to comic shops have been sold.

Sales from the graphic novel directly support DeliverFund, a nonprofit combating human trafficking with cutting-edge technology. The organization’s efforts include training over 1,000 law enforcement officers to effectively combat human trafficking across the U.S. and tackle this humanitarian crisis at scale.

THE LAST SPARTAN: RED TAPE follows Frank Kane, the last known survivor of The Last Spartans MC, who still lives by these ancient warrior codes. When visions from the gods urge him to risk his parole to rescue a kidnapped child, Kane is drawn into the dark heart of Atlanta’s human trafficking underworld. Alongside Amanda Harper, a fierce undercover agent fed up with red tape and corruption, they’ll take on an international cartel in a brutal fight for justice.
