REVIEW: The Savage Strength of Star Storm Issue 3

Star Storm issue three is here and it continues to be a fun read. If you love Sci-Fi you will love this series. It follows Grant Garrison, a high schooler who arrives as a new student to Kirby High. He is introduced to Eli Sanchez, a comic book fan and the student that has been chosen to show Grant around. That afternoon while at lunch Grant is speaking with Jen, a student Grant has found a liking to when Grant and Jen are suddenly transferred into another realm.

It is here that Grant receives a star that sticks to his hand and creates energy that begins to Flow throughout him. Instantly he is transformed into Star Storm, a super human with powers Grant will soon need to use.

Star Storm is a story of a young man chosen to have the Sharsrum, the star that is proving Grant the suit and powers that accompany it. We later see in issue two and three that this Sharsrum belongs to another race of people, the Dragonian’s, and they want it back.

If you love old school Sci-Fi stories then you are going to love this. A simple yet captivating story that I have found to be very entertaining. Issue three is full of suspense and action as Dragonion empire has found the Sharsrum and Grant is going to get a rude introduction.

Drew Craig is the artist, writer, and creator of The Savage Strength of Star Storm. I would definitely recommend this comic. The story is a fun read for everyone.
