Eaglemoss Hero Collector Ghostbusters Build the Ecto-1 1/8 Scale Replica Issue One Review

Today in the Toyverse, we travel back into the world of Ghostbustin’ with a very special treat. That’s right, my subscription to the Eaglemoss Hero Collectors Club has arrived, and a very special treat is inside. That’s right, the Eaglemoss Hero Collector Ghostbusters Build the Ecto-1 1/8 Scale Replica Issue One has arrived. I’m stoked, I’m happy, and in total shock. So much of my childhood has been wrapped up in Ghostbusters lore, it’s going to be really cool to build this beauty.

Before I continue, I really do hope you take the journey with me because I plan on have a new review up every week as issues arrive. Now with that out of the way, lets talk about what is inside. In issue one you get this beautiful magazine that is the introduction to the build. It showcases everything inside, and just makes you drool in anticipation and wish you had a time machine to travel to the final product. Now Eaglemoss has said it’s going to be about two years before this guy is built, but if it looks anything like the promo shots, then its going to well worth it.

In addition to the introductory magazine, you get issue one. What is cool about the magazine is that is like story time about the Ghostbusters. You get an awesome backstory in issue one that really is great. Also included of course in this issue is putting the hood together, It’s simple, straight forward, and even a cave man could do it! I can’t stress how easy it is to put this together.Â The diecast piece that makes the hood is solid and sturdy and has a great white paint to it.

Overall, I understand why some will stay away from this. However, I have big plans for this bad boy.Â The shipping was reasonable, and everything was packed safe and tight. If you don’t want to miss out on an exciting Ecto-1 for your collection, get in on the fun today before your dreams end up int he containment unit.
