COLD SLITHER Unleashes Fiery New Video For “Torched” Before October 11th Gramercy Theatre Takeover
Reigning Phoenix Music, in collaboration with Hasbro, is thrilled to announce the return of COLD SLITHER with their blistering new single “Torched.” The track arrives accompanied by a fierce animated music video once again brought to life by the acclaimed artist Costin Chioreanu, whose vision amplifies the band’s mythos with an unrelenting energy.
Frontman Zartan (aka Gus Rios) comments: “What more must be said of a Dreadnok who breathes FIRE?! ‘Torched’ is the fastest and heaviest song on this album, and with good reason! Play with fire, you will be TORCHED! Cobraaaaa!!”
The firestorm continues on October 11th, when COLD SLITHER storms into New York City for a one-night-only takeover of the Gramercy Theatre. The show takes place during the same weekend as New York Comic Con (NYCC) 2025, promising an explosive celebration of nostalgia and modern heavy metal power. Fans can secure their place in history and get tickets HERE. The first 100 people through the door will receive a limited edition Cobra NY shirt, available exclusively at this show and never to be sold again.
This announcement follows the release of the band’s self-titled debut album in June on Reigning Phoenix Music and precedes their upcoming contribution to the Decibel Flexi Series, where COLD SLITHER will unleash an exclusive new track titled “Cobra Island.”
Fronted by the enigmatic Zartan alongside his ruthless Dreadnok bandmates Torch, Ripper, and Buzzer, COLD SLITHER is a declaration of war. Their sound combines old-school heavy metal with anarchic energy, venomous vocals, punishing riffs, and an atmosphere steeped in apocalyptic chaos. With “Torched,” the myth is resurrected once more, reborn as a modern-day metal juggernaut prepared to conquer both stage and screen.
