“ModMic” for IEMs!? Introducing Kimura!
The Most Advanced Attachable IEM Microphone Line
Antlion Audio (www.AntlionAudio.com), the creator of the ModMic and leader in attachable microphone technology is proud to announce their latest product line: Kimura. Named after a martial arts hold, Kimura is a line of in-ear monitor (IEM) cables with a professional microphone that can attach to any standard MMCX or 2-pin connection. In addition to the Kimura Microphone Cables comes the Kimura In-Ear Headset line, featuring two models of audiophile grade IEMs for a complete headset solution right out of the box.
The Kimura Microphone Cable is the heart of the offering, delivering the streamer-quality audio the world has come to expect from Antlion Audio at a fraction of the size. The patent-pending around ear design provides maximum stability and minimal torque on the IEM. This position also gives the Kimura a sleek and professional appearance, and the flexible design allows it to attach to nearly any MMCX or 2-pin IEM. MMCX and 2-pin models are sold separately.
Antlion Audio is also offering the ability to buy a complete in-ear headset solution in the form of the Kimura Solo and the Kimura Duo. Both IEMs are housed in beautiful solid resin, which feels great and provides a perfect chamber to deliver cinematic sound. The entry level Kimura Solo features a single bass-forward dynamic driver while the Duo contains an additional balanced armature for treble clarity. Both include the Kimura MMCX Microphone Cable for the ultimate in-ear headset right out of the box.
All Kimura products terminate in two 3.5mm jacks, ensuring minimal noise and cross-talk between input and output and each product comes with a 3.5mm Y adapter for headset (TRRS) ports, ensuring maximum compatibility for laptops, gaming consoles, and other devices.
