Black/LGBTQ artist Kaleena Zanders x VenessaMichaels drop â€˜90s R&B anthem "Creme Brulee"

Friends, collaborators and misadventure co-pilotsÂ VenessaMichaelsÂ andÂ Kaleena ZandersÂ have unveiled their ”˜90s R&B-style summer anthem “Creme Brulee.”“ The first single to drop from their forthcoming, 5-track EP Sunset SituationsÂ that“s due out this fall via their joint creative house Go Off Studios, “Creme Brulee”“ transports listeners to a sunny, private island that“s brimming with frozen margaritas and a bottomless flow of the rich vanilla custard.

Kaleena“s vocals drip effortlessly over the track“s ”˜90s-inspired chords and percussion, singing to a non-gender conforming “Romeo”“ who“s being hypnotized by this confident female that“s ready to embrace her sweet dessert. She basks in her power during the chorus as she belts out the bold lyrics “I“m that good!”“

After Venessa sent Kaleena a complimentary Twitter direct message in 2017, the two kindred spirits immediately hit it off and wrote “Creme Brulee.” Both artists produce and write collaboratively during their music-making process, fostering a kaleidoscopic blend of their creative ideas into one shared vision.

While “Creme Brulee”“ is a ”˜90s R&B aesthetic jam, the rest ofÂ Sunset SituationsÂ will touch all corners of the dance floor; from house and Jersey Club, to alternative hip-hop and indie undertones.
