One bad British babe: The full first collection of the epic tale drops this month from Markosia
Just dropped from Markosia, UK’s leading Independent publisher, is the all-new collection of IMMORTALIS! Co-created and written by Rion Mosley and Shawn Lewis, this stellar supernatural fantasy series showcases art by Ben Perkins, Rahmad Wisnu, Miguel Galindo, Juan Salcedo, with colors by Ben Perkins, Fabrizio Costagliola, Indy Marludzy; Letters by Amal Desai and Ben Perkins.

Tam Montefiore, born in 1813, is to be the one true Deicide in the war between heaven and hell and the old gods of myth. Led astray by false prophecies and her own beliefs, she finds herself 200 years in the future, being trained and protected by a team she doesn’t know, and may not be able to trust. As she encounters enemies and loves from her past, she must decide if saving the world is what she really wants to do.
“Being new to the scene, but a life-long fan of the genre, I knew that I had a story to tell,” said Rion Mosley. “Collaborating with Shawn, we brought our shared passion for storytelling to life, crafting characters whose journey unfolds across the pages of this unique comic series. The world’s fate hangs in the balance, woven through the tapestry of heaven, hell, and the enigmatic Immortalis herself.”
Shawn Lewis added: “We wanted to write an epic story with heart, contained within a war between Heaven, Hell and the old gods of myth, a story that would hit the fans like a runaway train that is out of control!”
Where Warrior Nun Areala meets American Gods, it is Immortalis. As the war between heaven, hell and the old gods of myth begins, atheist Tam Montefiore finds herself in a position she never wanted; as the only one who can save them.
Creators Rion Mosley and Shawn Lewis will be in attendance at Albuquerque Comic Con, Jan. 19-21.
