JONAH LOBE, Character Artist for SKYRIM, FALLOUT, and Illustrator of MARVEL ANATOMY, launches his first graphic novel QUIET: LEVEL ONE on Kickstarter

Jonah Lobe, the acclaimed artist behind many of the iconic creature designs of Skyrim, Fallout 3 and Fallout 4, as well as the illustrator of Marvel’s one-and-only biological compendium Marvel Anatomy: A Scientific Study of the Superhuman, now launches Quiet: Level One, an epic fantasy adventure graphic novel on Kickstarter.

Launching on July 9th, Q:L1 will bring Quiet’s story and the mythical realm of the Tree of Worlds directly to comic book readers everywhere. For as little as $15, backers will be able to secure the PDF version of the novel. The main attraction, however, will be the Kickstarter-exclusive hardcover edition of Q:L1, which includes 20+ pages of behind-the-scenes concept art, writing, and painting – making the hardcover a graphic novel and artbook all in one. The hardcover, already deluxe, is set to be upgradeable through Stretch Goals.

About the Quiet: Level One story:

Quiet: Level One is an epic fantasy story about a gentle, mute little skeleton with a big heart who is tasked with an impossible quest: to prevent the warrior Galahorn from destroying the Tree of Worlds.

Quiet’s universe is funny, charming, and teeming with menace and our heroes’ journey through Level One of the Labyrinth will bring them into contact with beings beautiful and strange but also dangerous and cunning. The Tree of Worlds is a vast and exceedingly weird place and yet more than a little familiar to fans of fantasy, Dungeons & Dragons, and videogames. As with all his work, Lobe has populated Q:L1 with easter eggs for just this audience. While the majority of this 200-page story takes place in the underground Labyrinth, the Tree of Worlds has many Levels, and this is only the beginning…
