Review: Elk Mountain Part One
Elk Mountain is a small and quiet town in Wyoming, a town that could go unnoticed if it weren’t home of the powerful hero Valor, the life of Valor in Elk Mountain is like any inhabitant of the town, after fighting some villains , Valor enjoys time with his adoptive family and his friends, but the hero hides a secret and is that in the basement of his home he protects those immigrants persecuted by ICE and held in detention centers separated from the rest of their family.
Valor is an immigrant too and fully understands how is to be in the situation of those who are persecuted, however Elk Mountain’s blue sky will be obscured when an mortal enemy of Valor decides to make his appearance.
Elk Mountain Part One is a very clever comic that clearly reflects what could happen in a place where hope is gone and the evil have a free ticket to ride around, a lawless town where in the end everyone decides to make justice on their own, this first part has a good social content adapted to the turbulent reality of today’s society.

Elk Mountain es un pequeño y tranquilo pueblo de Wyoming, pueblo que podrÃa pasar desapercibido sino fuera hogar de uno del super poderoso héroe Valor, la vida de Valor en Elk Mountain transcurre como la de cualquier habitante del pueblo, luego de combatir a algunos villanos perdedores, Valor disfruta de tiempo con su familia adoptiva y sus amigos, pero el héroe esconde un secreto y es que en el sótano de su hogar alberga a aquellos inmigrantes perseguidos por la ICE y retenidos en centro de detención separados del resto de sus familiares.
Valor es un inmigrante también y comprende perfectamente estar en la situación de aquellos que son perseguidos, sin embargo el azul cielo de Elk Mountain se verá oscurecido cuando un viejo enemigo mortal de Valor decida hacer su aparición.
Elk Mountain Parte Uno es un cómic que refleja de forma clara lo que pudiera ocurrir en un lugar donde la esperanza se pierda y los vicios y males tengan rienda suelta, un pueblo sin ley donde al final cada quién decide tomar la justicia por su cuenta, realmente un muy inteligente cómic. Esta primera parte tiene un buen contenido social adaptado a la turbulenta realidad de la sociedad actual.
