Sakura From STREET FIGHTER Returns as an All New BISHOUJO Statue!
Hobby manufacturing company, Kotobukiya (Tokyo, Japan), will release “STREET FIGHTER BISHOUJO Sakura ”“ROUND 2-”“ from the STREET FIGHTER series in October, 2019.
One of the most popular characters from the Street Fighter series, Sakura is back for another round in the BISHOUJO series!
Sakura“s confident stance and the intricate sculpting of her pleated mini skirt and flowing headband give the statue a dynamic sense of movement. From her innocent expression and signature sailor uniform to her toned fighter“s muscles, the details in this rendition of Sakura truly shine as a three-dimensional statue.
The next fighter to join the line is Sakura“s rival Karin! Keep an eye out for pre-orders next month!

About Kotobukiya:
Kotobukiya was first opened by Jusaburo Shimizu in Japan in 1947 and began as a single toy store for dolls. In 1953, together with his two brothers, Mr. Shimizu re-created his sole proprietorship into a limited liability company.
While continuing to focus on retail sales, Kotobukiya’s first venture into original products as a model kit manufacturer began in 1983 with Armament. This was then followed up by it’s very first licensed kit, King Godzilla, in 1985.
Kotobukiya’s first foray into the non-kit business was in May of 1989 with the release of soft vinyl statues and active styling figures (now known as ARTFX statues).
