General Zod, Michael Shannon Disappointed By Zack Snyder's DCEU Exit

Michael Shannon, the guy who played the megalomaniac commander of Krypton’s armed forces, General Zod, expresses his disappointment following the news of Zac Snyder’s DCEU exit.

Last 2017, Zac Snyder decides to pass down the DCEU’s Justice League baton to Joss Wheadon, the director, and writer of some Avengers films, as he steps down from work following the family tragedy he has faced. The Man of Steel (2013) and 300 (2007) director Zac Snyder passes down the baton to Joss Whedon, leaving him the work to be done. According to him, he’s a massive fan of the movies; but after his daughter’s death, he chose to spend more time taking care of his family. Zac Snyder claims that it was a pale comparison: his time for his family vs the movies he’s making. He claims that’s it a great movie, but that’s it. Compared to everything at stake, it’s nothing but a movie.

With this in mind, Michael Shannon expresses his thoughts regarding the decision. In an interview, the actor for General Zod revealed his love and admiration with Zac Snyder as a coworker and his director. Although he understood the hardships and grief Zac Snyder is facing, for him, it was such a shame that the Zack Snyder version of DCEU is now in the dumpster; Zac has such great vision and plans for the Man of Steel, what more for the DC Extended Universe?

Warner Brothers Decides To Change Color Pallet After Synder’s Exit

Following the leave of Zac Snyder due to a family tragedy, Warner Bros. decided to have a change of heart regarding the color pallet used for the Justice League.

The fan’s speculations are, in the end, correct: Warner Bros changed the color pallet for Justice League, plus the significant changes following Zac Snyder’s exit.
