Saban Films announced today the acquisition of North American rights to the critically-acclaimed off-the-wall horror film TRAUMATIKA, written and directed by Pierre Tsigaridis (Two Witches) and co-written and produced by Maxime Rancon (Two Witches). The film will be released theatrically in 2025.
Mikey’s night terrors become reality when his mother begins showing signs of demonic possession. What he’s about to experience will haunt him for the rest of his life and claim countless lives across generations.
TRAUMATIKA stars Rebekah Kennedy (Two Witches), AJ Bowen (You’re Next, House of the Devil, Satanic Panic), Sean Whalen (The People Under the Stairs, Twister), Ranen Navat (Lucy and the Lake Monster), Emily Goss (Snapshots, “The Accident”), and Susan Gayle Watts (To Hell and Gone).

The film, which has received critical acclaim, had its world premiere at the Fright Fest 2024 and screened at festivals worldwide including SITGES – International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia, San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy film Festival, Morbido Film Fest, Fantaspoa and GrimmFest.
Jonathan Saba negotiated the acquisition on behalf of Saban, with Andrew van den Houten of 79th & Broadway Entertainment on behalf of the filmmakers.
