SDCC 2025 Hall H Highlights | Top 16 Reveals + Rap Recap

Yo yo yo! San Diego Comic-Con 2025 just made history, familia. Hall H? Fuhgeddaboudit! That place was lit like a firework in a comic shop. We got trailers, tears, teeth, time-travel, and toxic sludge… ALL IN THE SAME ROOM! So buckle up, mis panas, ‘cause I’m about to drop the TOP 16 Hall H bombs that had geeks screamin’, streamin’, and dreamin’.

1. Peacemaker Season 2 – Now With Extra Multiverse!

Peacemaker Peacefest Party SDCC '25

James Gunn and John Cena pulled up like, “Yo, y’all ready to get weird?” Boom! Peacemaker’s bouncing through dimensions, flexin’ and dancin’ like he’s in a karaoke bar on Earth-69. It drops Aug 21 and you KNOW we in there!

2. Gen V Season 2 – The Boys Go Full Hogwarts

SpongeBob himself (Ethan Slater) joins the cast and I’m like, “Bro, how you gonna go from jellyfish to genocide?!” Premieres Sept 17, and it’s lookin’ bloodier than a Mortal Kombat brunch.

3. IT: Welcome to Derry – Pennywise Is Back, Baby

They showed us the first 10 minutes… AND I AIN’T SLEEPIN’ FOR 10 DAYS. If that red balloon floats near my house, I’m movin’ to Mars. You’ve been warned.

4. The Vampire Lestat & Talamasca – Fangs & Lore Galore

AMC said, “Let’s flip the script,” and now Lestat’s front and center, while Talamasca investigates all things spooky. It’s like Buffy had a baby with X-Files, and I’m here for the baby shower.

5. The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Season 3 – Hola, Zombieland España

Norman Reedus in Spain, killin’ walkers and drinkin’ sangria. Season 4 gonna be the final ride, so pour one out for the homies and stock up on crossbows.

6. Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 – Ulrich Unleashed

Yo, it’s a pizza place of DEATH! This trailer had more jump scares than rent week. Hall H lost their minds and I may have yelled “NOPE!” three times too loud. Worth it.

7. The Long Walk – Stephen King’s Grim Marathon

This one’s about WALKIN’. But not for fun. Like… deathwalkin’. It’s bleak, intense, and it made my Fitbit cry. This gon’ be one for the horror-heads.

8. Star Trek: Starfleet Academy – Beam Us INTO Drama Class

Holly Hunter and Paul Giamatti are trainin’ Starfleet teens? That’s like Xavier’s School but with warp speed and sass. The trailer had drama, romance, and plenty of phasers. Set those babies to “HYPE.”

9. Star Trek: Khan (Podcast) – Audio Wrath with Naveen Andrews

Yo, Naveen Andrews as Khan?! With George Takei and Tim Russ poppin’ in?? This podcast gon’ be spicy. Premieres Sept 8. You already KNOW I’m listenin’ with surround sound headphones.

10. Aztec Batman: Clash of Empires – Bats in Mesoamerica?!

Mi gente… THIS. RIGHT. HERE. Animated Batman as an Aztec warrior with obsidian blades and feathered armor?? He ain’t just vengeance — he’s ancestral POWER. This might be DC’s dopest move in YEARS.

11. Avatar: Seven Havens – New Avatar, New Era

Set after Korra, this new series about the NEXT Avatar had the whole crowd ready to bend air, water, fire, AND tears. Plus an Aang movie announced for 2026?! That’s a wrap, we’re cookin’ with cactus juice now!

12. Invincible Season 4 – Dinosaurus Drops the Mic

Matthew Rhys joins the squad as Dinosaurus, and lemme tell you… dude looks like a Hulk-Sauron hybrid on Red Bull. Blood? Check. Trauma? Double check. Let’s GOOOO.

13. Paradise Season 2 – Sterling K. Brown vs. Feelings

Sterling K. Brown and Shailene Woodley brought the pain. The crowd was weepin’ in 4D. Like bruh, why you gotta punch our feelings so smooth?

14. Project Hail Mary – Ryan Gosling + Alien Buddy Comedy?!

This man’s in space, bro-in’ out with a creature named Rocky. Not the boxer — an actual alien. Based on Andy Weir’s book. It’s like The Martian with buddy comedy vibes. I NEED THIS IN MY LIFE.

15. Coyote vs. Acme – Looney Justice, Finally Set Free

Coyote sues Acme. I repeat… COYOTE. SUES. ACME. Looney Tunes goin’ LEGAL and I was hollerin’. They showed footage, and I’m filing a class-action suit for making me laugh so hard.

16. The Toxic Avenger Unrated – Dinklage With a Mop!

Peter Dinklage plays Toxie, Elijah Wood’s the villain, and they showed wild, disgusting, beautiful madness. This is gonna be your new favorite midnight movie. And YES, it’s rated “WHAT THE HELL DID I JUST WATCH?”  Opening August 29. Wear goggles.
