Ultraman to Take Over Kaiju Brooklyn 2025

North American Premiere of “Ultraman Arc The Movie: The Clash of Light and Evil,” Collabs, Merch, and More

Kaiju Brooklyn 2025 Takes Place at Industry City from May 31 to June 1 and Will Feature Unique Offerings for Fans of the Beloved Franchise

Kaiju fans, rejoice! Today, Tsuburaya Productions announced that Japan’s most iconic superhero, Ultraman, is making its way to Kaiju Brooklyn 2025, the largest East Coast convention celebrating all things kaiju and tokusatsu! Taking place at Industry City in Brooklyn from May 31 to June 1, fans can look forward to a weekend packed with electrifying Ultraman events, including a variety of panels, card game tournaments, and screenings celebrating the expanding Ultraman universe.

Tsuburaya Productions will kick off Kaiju Brooklyn with the “Ultraman Connection: Tsuburaya 2025 Ultraman Update” panel on May 31 at 10:30a ET, featuring exclusive reveals of new projects, including the Ultra Academy novels, the Ultraman Card Game, Marvel Comics collaborations, and more. To add to the excitement, fans can also join the “Ultraman Card Game Tournament” at Brooklyn Game Knight hobby store followed by the North American premiere  of Ultraman Arc The Movie: The Clash of Light and Evil in a special outdoor screening at 8:30p ET, where Ultraman Arc faces his dark doppelganger, Guil Arc, in an epic battle.

Building on the momentum, the “Ultraman Artist Roundtable: Ultraman Card Game & Marvel Comics” at 10:30a ET on Sunday, June 1 will bring together artists Klenda Vee, John Bellotti, Jr., Chrysoula Artemis, and Jamie Noguchi to showcase exclusive new artwork for the Ultraman Card Game and upcoming Marvel projects, followed by a fan Q&A.

“Kaiju Brooklyn is a fast-growing convention devoted to all things tokusatsu, live-action Japanese science fiction and fantasy film and television, which makes it the perfect venue for Ultraman,” said Jeff Gomez, Starlight Runner’s Transmedia Producer for the Ultraman franchise. “It is fast becoming a tradition for Tsuburaya Productions to launch exciting activations with them and we are thrilled to show our support by  bringing Ultraman Arc The Movie to screen for our New York area fans.”
