Blending soaring vocals with a kaleidoscope of vibrant visuals, the official visualizer music video for “You Are” showcases the Grammy® nominated singer Yemi Alade alongside the beautiful imagery of fictional Yorubaland from the animated series “Iyanu.” The video, directed by ‘Pink’ aka Praise Onyeagwalam of PinkLine Films in Nigeria, showcases the vibrancy of the series’ heroine “Iyanu,” dynamic action scenes of the fantasy superhero, and meaningful ancestral symbols that reflect the song’s themes of identity, divine power, and self-discovery.

“Iyanu” is an epic fantasy superhero series that draws from Nigerian culture and mythology, following a teenage orphan who discovers divine powers and embarks on a remarkable journey to save her homeland. “Iyanu” airs weekly on Cartoon Network at 9:30amET/PT and streams the following day on Max, with upcoming premieres on Showmax across 44 African countries on June 13, and on iTV in Summer 2025.
