Bushwackers will be honored in Inaugural Hall of Fame
Tag Team Hall of Fame (TTHOF) www.tagteamhalloffame.com was founded in 2022 by award winning filmmaker Mike Messier, and award winning comic book writer John Crowther, and Award winning documentarian Christopher Annino https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0030399/ who is also the Co-founder of the Women’s Wrestling Hall of Fame www.womenswrestlinghalloffame.com The mission is to “Honor and preserve history’s greatest tandem’s, duo’s, duets, teams, and tag teams. All genres are accepted.”
Throughout their 36-year career Luke and Butch wrestled in three successful tag teams “The Kiwis,”” The Sheepherders”, and “The Bushwhackers” where they gained worldwide success. Bushwhacker Luke had passed away during his final visit to the United States of America on April 2nd in 2023 at the age of 78.
River City Wrestle Con www.rivercitywrestlingcon.com June 10-11 at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds will have the induction of “The Bushwhackers.” Accepting on behalf of both of the “The Bushwhackers” will be Bushwhacker Luke both awards will be presented by John Crowther and ECW original Gary Wolf.
