MCFARLANE TOYS MORTAL KOMBAT 11 BARAKA ACTION FIGURE REVIEW

Mcfarlane Toys once again travels to the Netherrealm to give us some more Mortal Kombat figures. Up for fight time today is the Baraka figure as he appears in MK11. Out of the package he looks pretty good. For 20 bucks, I don’t have much to complain about. So let’s dive in and see how stacks up. The head sculpt on Baraka is cool, creepy, and awesome, all rolled into one. Say what you will, but the McFarlane team 9/10 times does deliver. I love the teeth on this guy. From all different angles you have a lot of good stuff going on, and Baraka shines bright on this front. This of course translates over to the body, and the guy has some great sculpting and paint going on from the toes all the way up to the head. The raised ingrown bones look good, and the blade from the forearm looks good as well. The costume has some work as well, and overall a solid hit from my vantage point.

In terms of articulation, this guy functions pretty well. For me, the points of movement work pretty well. Nothing really stands out as amazing or horrible just standard McFarlane articulation that anyone collecting is use to by now when buying one of these figures. Which by the way is not a bad thing. As for accessories, Baraka comes packed with a base and a brain that you can hold in a hand, or slide through either blade.  Overall, this Baraka figure is a great bargain for the price point. If you are a fan of Mortal Kombat don’t miss out on this guy. He is easily available and a cool piece. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by. Also Comic Crusaders is hosting Virtual Con 2: Bigger. Badder. And More Intense. And it benefits a great charity. So check that out on October 24th here all day long. Be safe and enjoy the photos and video review.
