This teen+ graphic novel fuses Buddhist eschatology with brutal existential horror in a karmic underworld where justice is absolute, and mercy is rare.
After a catastrophic accident, the souls of the deceased find themselves in a liminal state between life and death. Guided by maiden messengers, they must face the judgment of their lives—the accusations of those souls who have come before them. The plaintiff’s soul can channel its resentment into a murderous power capable of condemning the defendant’s soul to eternal damnation. However, one soul named Ching discovers he can trade his own soul for a chance at life by destroying those who accuse him, leading him to become…the Naraka Warrior!
