The Hunt is on. Cayde-6, is gone”¦ Take Justice into your own hands as you venture into a new frontier filled with enemies, allies, untold mysteries, and treasures waiting to be uncovered.
Destiny 2 has always given us a stellar story line and a ton of things to do, what has been missing is end game material that made Destiny 1 such an amazing game.
Bungie“s hope for Destiny 2 has fallen short with a dramatic drop in it player base since launch. 2 expansions later and the gaming community is still calling for more end game opportunities. Will Forsaken do the job?
Well, in this gamers opinion, YES! Forsaken has lived up to the hype and offered gamers a solid end game experience with Forsaken.
Not only will you shed a few tears for our beloved Cayde-6, but the worlds you will explore, enemies that have been updated and a raid experience that will challenge even a battle hardened D2 player.
The good: Worlds are beautiful, Raid level is masterful, updated guns and bows are FUN! The update prior to Forsaken launch did manage to fix a lot of the problems gamers gave as feedback to Bungie
The bad: More of the same, but in a good way.
The ugly: Still hoping for a world where PVE can be cross-platform. Developers, let us play with friends on PVE stuff no matter what console/PC we choose!
The Verdict: Solid entry in to the D2 universe. Fixed a LOT of the problems D2 had. If you enjoyed D2 and got tired of it, this is the time to jump back in!
