Oasis Design is proud to announce the launch of their crowdfunding campaign for Oasis Mini, the most calming and captivating kinetic art canvas using a metal ball driven by magnets to slowly inscribe patterns or pictures into soft white sand.

What if there was a way to feel more relaxed while staying engaged with our senses? That’s why we built Oasis Mini – a relaxing and accessible kinetic art canvas,” said Oasis Design co-founder Zach Frew.

With two main design options, algorithmic and illustrated, the canvas empowers users to express their creativity effortlessly. Algorithmic designs can be created using free tools, while illustrated designs can be crafted using apps that support vectorized SVGs.

The Oasis Mini’s companion app provides a seamless user experience, offering tutorials and features to help users explore their artistic potential. From controlling the speed of the ball to syncing music tracks and lights, the app puts customization at your fingertips.

Oasis Mini is constructed from bamboo and glass, and with a ring of RGB LEDs to illuminate the surface beneath. Components have been extensively tested to ensure that they stand the test of time. Our efficient mechanical design minimizes the need for environmentally costly steel components while maintaining a precise and long-lasting device.
