Twenty years ago, an out of work actor was practicing laughs on a Southern California freeway in preparation for an audition. The audition was for Batman The Animated Series and the actor was Mark Hamill.
Now, more than twenty years later, Mark Hamill’s work as The Joker has come to define the role. He is one of a small group by which all other performances are measured. Nemesis examines Hamill’s history in the role and how his time as the Joker has defined and been defined by the evolution of the character itself.

Nemesis is a poet, writer and author of the upcoming novel The Long Game. He is a writer of science fiction and supernatural thrillers. Besides novels and short stories he writes for UK based ASAP Comics developing new stories for Level 8 and OPSEC. Nem is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and tries to bring those experiences into his writing.
