Skybound Shares First Look at Corpse Knight #2 by Michael Chaves & Matthew Roberts

Skybound and Image Comics shared a first look at the hotly anticipated Corpse Knight #2 by acclaimed writer/co-creator Michael Chaves (The Conjuring: Last Rites), artist/co-creator Matthew Roberts (Universal Monsters: Creature from The Black Lagoon Lives!) and colorist Rico Renzi (Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse). The second issue of the sold out haunting new horror series where family is family, whether they’re alive or undead, arrives in comic book shops on May 27, 2026.

In case fans missed out on the highly sought after Corpse Knight #1, the second printing of the debut issue will land on comic shelves with two new covers also on May 27!

As Foy and her undead father begin their quest, they encounter evil beyond comprehension. But in these woods, it may be man who poses an even greater threat than monsters…

Corpse Knight #2 features a main cover by series artists Matthew Roberts and Rico Renzi, with a variant cover lineup featuring superstar artists including an open to order cover by Matias Bergara (Coda), a 1:10 incentive variant by Tonči Zonjić (Lobster Johnson), a 1:25 incentive variant by Nimit Malavia (The New Gods), and a 1:50 incentive by Micheal Walsh (Universal Monsters: Frankenstein).
